摘要
改进体育教学模式提高教学质量是当前素质教育对体育教育所提出的更高要求,传统的体育教学模式在一定程度上束缚了体育教师的思维方式,使教师陷入规定的、教条的教学模式之中,严重影响着学校体育的发展。现代体育教学需要引进激励机制,对体育教学模式进行改革创新,向着多元化的趋势方向发展。只有这样才能培养学生“终身体育”的意识。
It is a higher request of present quality education to change the P. E. teaching pattern and improve the teaching quality. To some extent,the P. E. teachers'method of thinking is tied by the traditional P. E. teaching pattern which makes the teachers trap in the fixed and doctrinal teaching pattern and holds up the development of P. E. teaching. So the modern P. E. teaching should introduce the incentive system to improve and innovate the P. E. teaching pattern'so as to enable P. E. teaching to develop toward a tendency of pluralithg. Only in this way can we succeed in the cultivation of the students' lifelong P. E. awareness.
