摘要
[目的 ]评价综合疗法治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效。 [方法 ]对 3 8例患者进行内服、外敷补肾活骨中药、静滴血塞通注射液以及介入等综合治疗 ,采用目测类比评分法和直腿抬高试验来评价临床疗效。 [结果 ]经 VAS评分法评价疗效 ,总有效率为 91 .3 % ,直腿抬高试验表明 ,治疗后髋关节运动角度较治疗前显著增大 (P <0 .0 5 )。 [结论
To assess the clinical curative effect on the femoral head avascular necrosis with synthetical therapy.38 cases were treated with synthetical therapy including taking Bushen Huogu herbs orally and outwardly,dropping Xuesetong injection liquid in vein and with intervention therapy.The clinical curative effect was assessed with Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)measurement and straight legraising test (SLRT).The general curative effect rate was 91.3% with VAS measurement.The movement angles of hip bone joint after treatment were increased than that before treatment with straight leg raising test.[Conclusion]There was notable curative effect on femoral head avascular necrosis with synthetical therapy.
