摘要
目的 探讨肝癌病人介入术后生存质量问题。方法 采用问卷调查法 ,对我科住院两次以上的肝癌患者 5 6例进行了心理、社会、家庭、精神和经济、文化等全方位的调查 ,并对回收问卷进行了统计学处理 ,从中发现存在的问题 ,给予积极的护理支持。结果 肝癌介入术后生存质量与病人个体有无经济来源、文化程度的高低有关 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论 对肝癌介入术后的病人 ,实施支持 教育系统是最佳的护理方案 ,即提供专业咨询、卫生宣教、饮食指导 。
Objective To investigate the quality of life in the hepatocarcinoma patients undergoing lntervention operation.Methods Using questionnaire,we investigate the situation of psychology,family,minds,and economics and culture of 56 patents from Jan,2001 to May,2002 who hospitalized twice in our department.In order to find the existing problems and offer active nursing supports,The results were analysed with statistics.Results The quality of life in hepatocarcinoma patients undergoing interventional operation is related to the economic source and the educational degree(P<0.005).Conclusions The best nursing project of the hepatocarcinoma undergoing interventional operation is supporting education system,that is,offering special consultation,hygienical publication and education,dietetic instruction can effectively rise the quality of life.
