摘要
地理环境对人才的产生、发展有着重要的作用。古代湖南自然条件差,交通闭塞,经济、文化相对落后,人才稀少。到近现代,湖南的自然条件得到改善,经济、文化相对发展,阶级斗争激烈,湖南在全国的地位提高,因而人才兴盛。
Geographical Conditions play important roles in arising and development of persons of talent. In ancient Hunan, the natural conditions were very bad, and it was hard to get to. The economy and culture were relatively backward, so there were few talented persons.1 But in modern times, the natural conditions of Hunan have been improved, its economy and culture get relatively developed, class struggle becomes acute, Hunan抯 position in the whole country has been improved, so there are full of talented persons now.
