对 Shell煤气化气体的变换、脱硫、脱碳及气体精制方案的选择进行了分析探讨 ,并从流程配置、生产规模、 CO2 的用途、最终产品的种类、总投资和操作费用等方面综合分析了各种方案的优缺点 ,为目前“油改煤”
The processes of shift, desulfuration, CO 2 removal, fine purification of feed gas and how to select is analyzed in this paper. It lists the advantages and disadvantages of processes through process, unit scale, application of CO 2, the type of final product, total investment, operation consumption, etc.. Some opinions about how to select the process for the plant that wants use oil instead of coal as raw material is made.
