摘要 光信息存储技术七十年代发展起来的以光波载息的存储技术,具有高存储密度、高信息输入速率/快速随机存取信息及存储寿命长等特点,目前已成为多媒体和信息高速公路的关键技术之一。进一步提高光信息存储的主要性能参数,是人们研究和关注的重要课题之一。本文分析了影响光信息存储性能参数的因素,提出了通过缩短激光器波长,采用列阵激光器和增加激光器输出功率等方法,来进一步提高这些性能参数。 One of the great problemms of the information Age is how best to store the glut of sounds, images data and words that assault our senses everday. As the world becomes more interconnected and complex, it is very important to master the technology of storage, dispose and transmit of optical information. The optical disk storage technology emerged in the seventies of the 20th century. Because its information is carried by light wave, it has high storage density, high input speed, low cost and durable. It has become one of the key technologies of multimedia and infomation high way. In this paper, the factors that affect the perfomtnce parmeter were analyzed, and represent the methods of improving the performance by shorting the laser wave, adopting the array laser, and increasing the output power, etc.
