摘要
目前 ,在行政管理过程中不同程度地存在着违法行政现象 ,严重损害了国家、社会、集体的利益。文章从依法行政的必要性、存在问题。
Nowin the course of enforcing administration,to some extents,exist some illegal practices,which do great harmto the interests of the state,society and collective.This paper talks about the necessity,existence problems and countermeasures in enforcing administration according to law.
