文章描述了高浓度硝铵溶液进入膨化结晶罐后 ,真空度随大气冷凝器出水温度及冷凝水流量变化而改变的过程。对膨化硝酸铵连续生产工艺中冷凝器出水温度及冷凝器水流量的如何控制进行了理论上的分析、计算 。
The article describes the process that the vacuum level changes with the change of condenser water flows temperature and rate when heavy concentration solution entering expand crystallization container. It is analyzed and calculated to control condenser water flows temperature and rate in the continuous production process of expanded ammonium in theory and demonstrated by practice.
