摘要
蛋白质芯片-飞行质谱技术(Proteinchip-SurfaceEnhancedLaserDesorption/Ionization,SELDI)是21世纪出现的一种新型生物芯片技术,是研究表达蛋白的有力工具。本文对该技术的原理、构成、使用方法、应用等做了简要介绍。
The technic of proteinchip-surface enhanced laser desorption/ionization that emerged in the21th century is a newly biochip technology and useful tool to research expressed proteins.In this article,we described the prin-ciple,structure,method of application and apply field of this technique.
