摘要
采用示踪剂追踪、大样电解、金相分析和扫描电镜 ( SEM)、电子探针 ( EDS)等手段 ,对石钢转炉熔炼的 45号钢中非金属夹杂物行为进行了全面系统的研究 ,根据研究结果 ,找出了现有生产工艺中影响连铸坯洁净度的主要因素 。
The behavior of non-metallic inclusions in converter steel grade 45 was systematically investigated. The rare earth oxides were used to trace the inclusion sources and origins. Several analytical techniques, such as electrolysis, metallographic examination, SEM and EDS, were used in this study. The main factors affecting the slab cleanliness are revealed. Based on research results some useful suggestions are presented.
