摘要
中国加入WTO后,高校学报的传统办刊模式已经限制了其竞争实力的提高。如何转变办刊模式,增强竞争实力,在激烈的国际竞争中争得一席之地,已经成为关系到我国高校学报生存、发展的重大课题。学报应在刊物的形式、刊物的内容、刊物的发行机制等方面进行改革,以适应新形势下高校学报发展的要求。
After China entered the WTO, the traditional publishing modes of university journals limit the promotion of its competitive capability. How to transform the publishing modes has become an important issue which is concerned with the survival and development of the university journals in China. University journals should be reformed in such aspects as publication pattern, content and its circulation system, so as to adapt itself to the requirement of the new era.
