摘要 是否对视频信号进行隔行采样,是现代电视系统和个人计算机处理视频信号的标志性区别,去隔行技术也是最基本的视频格式转化的方法之一。从信号分析的角度,对视频信号的隔行采样和去隔行技术进行了分析,提出了完全恢复原信号的去隔行方法的存在条件及设计思路,最后提出了一种实用的去隔行滤波器。 To interlace or not to interlace divides the television and personal computer communities. Deinterlacing is a basic requirement for video scaning format conversions. This paper has analysed the interlaced video signal and deinterlacing based on signal processing theory, and has discussed the condition for perfectly restoring the original signal and the method to design a de-interlacing filter. At the end of the paper, an applied filter has been presented.
