摘要
了解师范院校学生对教师职业态度的现状,为我国21世纪办好师范教育提供借鉴。对甘肃省属7所高等师范院校的611名大学生采用自编的“调查问卷”进行测查,并通过访谈结果作补充分析。结果表明师范大学生的教师职业态度总体趋势是好的,但也存在不少问题,即“高认识—高情感—低意志”的不协调状态。解决的有效途径是加强对师范院校学生教师职业态度和职业精神的形成性教育,呼吁有关部门采取有效措施切实提高教师的整体地位。
This study is intended to understand the present conditions on the normal university students'attitude for the profession of teacher,which can be used for refe rence to improve the way of normal uni versity education in the 21th centur y.611students recruited from seven norma l universities of Gansu province were surveyed with two questionnaires,the questionnaire of attitude on the profession of teacher and the questionnaire of expectancy and self -evaluation on the profess ion of teacher which was developed by writer himself.Moreover,this was analyzed by usiny int erview as a complementary method.Fr om the results of study,it is found that the tendency of normal university students'attitude on the profession of teacher is good,but there are still many problems,which are called the i ncoordinate conditions of high cogn ition-high affection-low will.Based on the results,we can conclude that the present condition s of the normal university students'attitude on the profession of teacher does make us worry It should be paid high attention to.The effective way is to reinforce the formative education on the professional attitude and the professional spirit of teacher of th e normal university students,as well as to appeal for some effective measures taken by the de-partment responsible for this field to raise the status of teachers indeed.
