摘要
概述了某商住大厦基坑支护工程设计及施工技术,由于采用密排钻孔灌注桩加预应力锚索及冠梁腰梁挡土支护、外加旋喷止水注浆孔进行桩缝止水的组合支护结构作为基坑挡土防渗支护体系,基坑经受特大暴风雨没有发生任何问题,为类似工程的设计与施工提供了一种既安全可靠又经济实用的参考方案,与地下连续墙相比,经济效益可观。
The supporting engineering design and construction technology of foun da tion pit at a certain commercial building have reviewed briefly.Because of appl ication on supporting program of foundation pit which bored caisson pile of clos ely-spaced type plus prestressed anchor rope,one crown beam,one belt beam,an d plus rotary sprinkle grouting hole to stop water,and make foundation pit can bear extraordinarily serious rainstorm no problem,so provided a reference progr am of safety and economy ,for similar design and construction of engineering,a nd there are better economical benefit than the continuous concrete wall.
