摘要 为了实现测试系统的网络化、开放化和标准化 ,基于传感器振动测试平台远程实物实验系统提出一种具有开放与互联能力的分布式网络化测试系统体系结构 ,并在逻辑上将该体系结构划分为测控中心服务器、测试服务器和标定服务器。标定服务器是分布式网络测试系统的基本逻辑组成单元之一 ,是系统的在线检测、诊断与监控中心。该服务器由中心服务器管理和控制 ,响应测试服务器的标定请求 ,实现与测试服务器的同步 ;向下管理、控制和协调标定设备正常工作 ,完成对测试对象的标定。文章给出了一套标定服务器的组建方案 ,并阐述了标定服务器的体系结构、组件应用技术及组件接口 ,同时也对其关键技术进行了介绍。 In order to realize the networked test system with open architecture and promote the standardization of the architecture, based on the exploration and research of the sensor vibration measurement platform distance practicality experiment system, an open architecture of distributed networked test system is brought forth. Test-center server, test server and calibration server are three logical units in the architecture of distributed networked test system.calibration server is one of the base logical units for the distributed networked test system, and is the center of checking, diagnosis and detection on line. This server is managed and controlled by center server, responses calibration request from test server, and realizes the synchronization with test server. In addition, the calibration server manages, controls and harmonizes calibration device to finish calibration work for test object.A solution for the calibration server in the distributed networked test system is given,the system architecture, the component application technology and the component interface are presented.In addition, key technologies about the calibration server are analyzed.
