摘要
作为一种新型的投融资体制,创业投资蕴涵着巨大的风险。因此,如何选用科学合理的投资决策方法是非常重要的。本文以创业投资的生命周期为出发点,对投资不同阶段的风险特性和创业资本的特点进行了分析,然后通过应用期权评价方法,构建了两个适用于不同阶段的创业投资评价模型。最后,通过实例论证了两种模型在创业投资多阶段决策中的应用。
Venture capital investment as a new-type system of investment and finance there is tremendous risk.Because of the risk it is important to select scientific decision making methods since they are directly related to the success of venture capital investment.In view of the life cycle this paper analyzes the risk features at different stages of investment and the characteristics of venture capital.The paper also introduces two models to assess investment at different stages by applying options assessment.At the end of this paper two cases are given to demonstrate how the models are applied in making investment decision.
