不连续碳化硅增强铝基复合材料磨损性能的研究

摘要 本文对粉末冶金法制备的SiC晶须(SiC_w)与SiC颗粒(SiC_p)增强的2024Al、2124Al复合材料在销盘式磨料磨损试验机上进行了磨损试验,并用扫描电镜对磨损表面进行了观察。结果表明,与基体合金相比复合材料的抗磨性能显著提高,复合材料的抗磨性能主要取决于增强组元的含量与大小,30vol.%SiC_(p(20μm))/2024Al复合材料的抗磨性可达基体合金的5倍。 The abrasive wear behaviour of SiC whisker (SIC_w) and SiC particulates (SiC_p) reinforced 2024Al and 2124Al composites by powder metallurgy processes has been investigated using a pin-on-disk machine, and worn surface has also been observated by the use of scanning electron microscope. The results show that the composites exhibit obviously higher abrasive resistance compared with the unreinforced matrix alloy. The abrasive resistance of the composites is mainly dependent on the content and size of reinforcement. The abrasive resistance of 30% volume fraction SiC particles (20μm) reinforced 2024Al composites is five times greater than that of the matrix alloy.
