摘要
本文从能不能用科学的态度去认识当代资本主义的新变化直接关系到社会主义的兴衰存亡这一世界社会主义运动的基本经验的高度,探讨如何认识当代资本主义的新变化。强调指出:斯大林不能承认、不正视当代资本主义的新变化,有碍于对当代资本主义的认识和斗争实践;戈尔巴乔夫把当代资本主义的新变化说成是资本主义在性质上的根本改变,否定区分社会主义与资本主义的基本概念和思维方法,一味地同西方世界搞“一体化”,是为资本主义和平演变策略效劳。正确认识当代资本主义的新变化,关键在于不要从主观臆想中,而要从客观的实际影响中去把握它。
The article has explored the question as to how to recognize the fresh changes of current capitalism proceeding from the basic experience of socialist movement in the world that our correct recognition of the freshchanges of capitalism with a scientific method directly concerns the rise and fall of socialism. It points out: Stalin has failed to recognize and therefore cannot face up the new changes of current capitalism, obstructing a recognition of and struggle against it in practice; Gorbachev has described the new changes as the fundamental changes of capitalism in quality ,negated the basic concept and way of thinking in differentiating socialism from capitalism, readily conducted integration with the Western world,acting as a willing servant of the capitalist tactics for its peaceful evolution. The key for a correct recognition of the latest changes of capitalism is that we must take a command of them from their objective realistic influences influences instead of treating them with subjective thinking.
