摘要
文中论述了河道防洪治理规划的重要性、规划建设中存在的问题,并对治河的几个具体技术问题进行了讨论。
The importance of planning on river regulation for flood control and the problems there exist in the planning and in the project construction are described. Simultaneously,Several concrete issues,such as determining the major point,the standard, the alignment,the embankment type and the foundition depth of the embankment for flood control are also discussed in this paper.
