摘要
购物中心是指统一规划、建设、开发和管理的商业综合体,它是一个国家或地区经济发展、城市化水平变化的标志。中国发展购物中心,应按三种模式去设计,其一是城市商业中心或副中心购物中心的设计模式,其二是城市郊区大型购物中心的设计模式,其三是邻里型购物中心的设计模式。近10年,流通领域中经历了综合百货业态的兴衰变化、超级市场业态的迅速膨胀后,人们看到购物中心这一流通形态在世界各国蓬勃发展,会给中国处于饱和状态的市场消费带来巨大的生机。
Shopping Mall is a commercial comprehensive entity under the unified planning, building,developing and administrating. It is a sign of economic development changing of a country or a region.Shopping malls should be developed in three models in China.The first one is the shopping mall setup in the city commercial centres or sub centres. The second one is the large shopping mall set upin the suburbs of cities. The third one is the shopping mall set up in the neighbourhood .In recentten years, general store trade has been undergone the prosperous and degenerating situation. After thesuper markets were expanding rapidly, shopping mall, the model of this kind of commodity circulationis developing vigorously in every country. It will bring about enormous vitality on the Chinese marketconsumption which is in saturation.
