高频脉冲微束等离子弧焊机微机控制系统的研究

摘要 研究了MCs-51单片微机在高频脉冲微束等离子弧焊机中的应用。利用新型大电流驱动集成电路TWH8751设计制作了焊机接口电路。能可靠保证焊机水、电、气的供给,并且利用软件,可以实现精确时间控制基础上的焊接程序控制。在对微机控制系统进行分析的基础上,实现了可行的恒流控制算法。调试结果表明,系统运行可靠,具有良好的控制性能,而且这种微机控制的微束等离子弧焊机能达到的操作水平和性能指标是传统焊机无法实现的。 The MCS-51 single-chip microcomputer applied to control HF pulse micro-plasma welding machine is studied. The high current driven integrated circuit TWH8751 is used to the design and development of interface circuit. Therefore the supplies of water, power and gas are guanteed. Welding sequence is controlled based on the reach of accurate time controlling. From the analysis to MC controlling system, the feasible constant current algorithm is reached. The results from adjustment to whole system show that the performance is rcaliable on heavy duty, the controlling properties are good. The machine controllcd by MC is much better than the convcntional micro plasma welding machine.
