"三个代表"重要思想是社会主义法治建设的指导思想,社会主义法治建设必须体现"三个代表",确认中国先进生产发展所需要的先进社会制度,调整人与自然的关系,回应经济全球化的挑战;坚持正确的指导思想,吸收优秀法律文化,创造先进法律文化;表达人民的意志,明确公民的权利,保护人民的合法权益。
The three represents' thought is the leading ideology of socialist law-ruling construction. The thought, advanced social system, the regulation of the relationship between the nature and human beings and the acceptance of challenge must be combined into the socialist law-ruling construction. The construction should take in the advanced law culture, express popular will, clarify civil rights and insure people's rights.
