以苯胺衍生物为改性剂 ,叔胺类有机碱为催化剂 ,合成了改性酚醛树脂 .讨论了改性剂用量、甲醛和苯酚摩尔比以及催化剂种类和用量对改性酚醛树脂游离酚含量及环氧酚醛玻璃布板的浸水后绝缘电阻的影响 ,确定了苯胺衍生物改性酚醛树脂的配方和合成工艺。结果表明用该树脂制造环氧酚醛玻璃布板 ,其浸水后绝缘电阻符合
A phenol resol resin modified with an aniline derivative and catalyzed with a teniary anline was synthesized. The influences of the amount of modifier, formaldehyde to phenol molar ratio (P/F), the type and amount of catalyst on the amount of free phenol and the insulation resistance of the laminate after immersion in water were studied. Then a formulation of the modified resin was derived. The resulting resin may be used to manufacture epoxy glass cloth laminates with higher insulation resistance after immersion in water.
