摘要 介绍了小弯曲半径管内压推弯成形的基本原理,并采用有限元法对成形过程进行了模拟,获得了内压力和摩擦条件等主要工艺参数对成形过程的影响规律,对可能出现的成形缺陷进行了预测,并深入分析了引起缺陷的内在原因,所得结果与试验吻合较好。 The forming principle of the internal pressure bending process of small bend radius aluminum alloy tubular parts is introduced in this paper. Finite element method (FEM) is used to simulate the forming process. The influence of the main process parameters such as the internal pressure and the friction condition on the forming process are investigated, and forming defects are predicted and the internal reason to the defects are deeply analyzed. Numerical results are in good agreement with experimental values.
