摘要
论述了企业文化的内涵与功能,通过实例分析了中国服装企业文化的形成与发展.针对服装企业面临的困境与挑战,提出了重塑企业文化,提高其竞争力的几点建议.
The cononotation and function of enterprises culture were discussed.The forming and development of Chinas clothing enterprises culture were analyzed by using cases.In view of dilemma and challenge that clothing enterprises faced,some suggestions were proposed in order to improve the enterprises culture and competitiveness.
