摘要
根据高含硫原油中有机硫化物的特点,在实验室内切取合适馏分,利用尿素脱蜡方法并选择适当的活化剂,进行脱蜡精制处理,使其凝点降到0℃以下,然后采用酸、白土精制进行脱色、脱臭,制得合格的极压抗磨添加剂产品(以下简称HS添加剂)。
Based on the organic sulphide characteristics of highsulfur heavy oil, EP anti were additives (HS additive) were prepared, choosing appropriate distillation and activator in lab, making dewax refined treatment by urea dewax method, making solidifying point fall down 0℃,then decoloring, desmelling.
