Xie Jue-zai who was the architect of the people's juridical system of China, possessed abundant and profound thoughts of jurisdiction.His thoughts of jurisdiction mainly as follow:First,persist in judicature according to law;secondly,attach great importance to teaching and reforming offenders;Thirdly,stand for judicial independence.Xie Jue-zai's thoughts of jurisdiction is still of momentous directive function for day's judicial work.
