根据武警部队对文献数据库需求的紧迫性和必要性 ,从建库的指导思想、信息源的选择范围、数据库的质量控制、系统的功能设计思想。
According the urgency and necessity which APF demand the building of documentary data base,The article discusses the thinking of building APF documentary data base form many aspect,namely the guiding idea,the choice scope of information resource,the quality controlling of data base,the function design idea of system,the building way and the seep of carrying out.
