摘要
从 1,4 丁二醇装置副产物中分离回收γ 丁内酯具有明显的经济效益。采用减压连续精馏的分离工艺 ,设置脱轻塔和产品塔对原料进行顺序分离。利用严格精馏计算法 ,经优化设计计算出两塔的工艺条件 ,在优化设计条件下 ,可以分离出纯度为 99.6 %的γ 丁内酯。降低分离温度 ,可以降低γ 丁内酯的热分解速度 ,有利于分离。
It has a visible economic value to separate and recover γ butyrolactone from the byproducts in the producing process of 1,4 butanediol by using the maleic anhydride hydrogenation method. The strict rectifying calculation method and a sequential separation process were applied to separate the byproducts on two towers with the vacuum continuous distillation. The industry practice showed that γ butyrolactone with a purity of 99.6% can be obtained under the design conditions. The heat decomposed velocity of γ butyrolactone can be lowered when the separating temperature is reduced, which is helpful to the separation of byproducts.
