摘要
以丙烯酸(AA)、马来酸酐(MAn)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为单体,以水为溶剂,过硫酸钾-次磷酸盐氧化还原体系为引发剂,按一定的比例进行共聚反应,合成了低磷含量的共聚物.最佳合成工艺条件为,单体摩尔比n(AMPS):n(AA):n(MAn)=2:10:10,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为4h.所合成的共聚物对CaCO3,Ca3(PO4)2和氧化铁垢有较好的阻垢分散性能.
A series of the lower phosphonic AMAnAMPS terpolymers were synthesized by using acrylic acid,maleicanhydride,2acrylamido2methylpropanesulfonicand as monomers, water as solvent and potassium peroxydisulfate and phosphite as initiator.The best synhesis technic is follow: the monomers mole ratio is n(AMPS)∶n(AA)∶n(MAn)=2∶10∶10, the temperature and time were 80℃ and 4 h,respectively. The terpolymer had good properties of inhibiting CaCO3 and Ca3(PO4)2 scale and dispersing Fe2O3.
