摘要
目的 探讨耻骨上经膀胱前列腺切除术后膀胱冲洗速度与不稳定膀胱的关系。方法 抽取 90例耻骨上经膀胱前腺切除术后病人 ,随机分为A ,B ,C三组。术后均持续膀胱冲洗 ,每组每天选择不同冲洗速度 ,连续 3d观察病人临床症状并进行评分。结果 冲洗速度与不稳定膀胱的发生有关 ,术后当日速度 >12 0滴 min ,术后第 1天速度 10 0滴 min ,术后第 2天速度 >80滴 min ,病人临床症状均明显。而术后当日速度 10 0～ 12 0滴 min、第 1天速度 80～ 10 0滴 min、第 2天速度 6 0～ 80滴 min ,即可达到冲洗的目的 ,又可减少不稳定膀胱的发生。结论 每天根据尿液颜色选择合适的冲洗速度 ,可有效预防不稳定膀胱的发生 ,并减轻其症状。
Objective To probe into the relationship between the baldder irrigation speed and unstable bladder after suprapubic prostatectomy viablader.Methods 90 patients ill with hyperplasia of prostate were enrolled.All of them accepted prostatectomy and were divided into A,B and C group at random,and then werc given bladder irrigation continuously at various speeds for 3 successive days.Their chincal symptoms were observed,and scores recorded.Results There was a relation between the irrigation speedand unstable bladder.When the speed was controlled at 100 120 (drops/min) in the day of post operation,and controlled at 80 100 and 60 80 (drops/min)in the lst and 2nd day after operation respectively,successful irrigation was achieved and the incidence of unstable bladder becreased,Conclusion It is suggested thal proper irrigation speed,which is selected according to the color of the urine,not only prevent unstable bladder from happening but alsorehieve the symptoms of the patients.
