摘要
作者对仲彬草属中 6个物种进行了核型分析 ,其核型属于 1B或 2B型 ,除K .batalinii外 ,染色体中均未发现随体 .同时 ,根据Stebbins的核型进化理论和分支系统学的编序、赋值方法 ,对核型的 4个重要性状进行了分析 ,揭示了仲彬草属 6个种的进化水平 .结果表明在这 6个仲彬草物种中进化程度较低的是K .rigidula ,其次为K .gobicola ,而K .mutica ,K .hirsuta ,K .kokonorica和K .
The karyotypes of 6 species All the karyotypes belong to 1B or 2B. No satellites have been found except K. batalinii. Furthermore, according to Stebbins' theory of the karyotypic evolution as well as using the method of coding of cladistics, 4 significant characters, the ratio of the longest chromosome to the shortest, the arm ratio in mean, the index of the karyotypic asymmetry and the proportion of chromosome with arm ratio >1.70, were analysed, the evolutional levels of the 6 species were also affirmed. The results indicate that: in the 6 species of Kengyilia, K. rigidula is a relatively primitive species, K. gobicola is relatively advanced species, K. mutica、K. hirsuta、K. kokonorica and K. batalinii are relatively more advanced species.
