摘要
目的 B超动态观察针灸配合自主牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症前后突出物大小 ,探讨突出物大小的改变与临床疗效关系。方法 将 60例患者随机分成针灸配合自主牵引治疗组 3 1例、针灸对照组 2 9例 ,用 B超对两组治疗前后突出物大小改变情况作动态观察。结果与结论 B超动态观察治疗后治疗组与对照组突出物大小有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,治疗组突出物消失或明显缩小 。
Purpose To investigate the relationship between the change in the size of the protrusion and the clinical effect by dynamic B ultrasonographic observation of the size of the protrusion before and after the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion by acupuncture plus independent traction.Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into an acupuncture plus independent traction group of 31 cases and an acupuncture control group of 29 cases. B ultrasonography was used for dynamic observation of the size of protrusions before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results and Conclusion B ultrasonographic observation showed a significant difference in the size of the protrusion between the two groups after the treatment ( P < 0.05 ). The protrusion disappeared or became obviously smaller and the clinical cure rate was high in the treatment group.
