现代远程教育是适应社会发展需要的崭新形式。发展山东现代远程教育 ,组建山东远程开放大学 ,是实现山东高等教育大众化、构筑山东终身教育体系的重大举措之一。它不仅可以节约教育投资 ,最大限度地利用教育资源 。
Modern distance education is a new form suiting for the needs of social development.It is one of the measures to realize the popularization of Shandong higher education and construct the system of Shandong life-long education.It not only reduces the educational investment and makes the most of the educational resources,but also produces good social and economic interests.
