摘要
研究了PCrNi3MoVA、 32Cr2Mo1VA和 2 5Cr3Mo3NiNb等三种高强度炮钢淬火高温回火后的显微组织和力学性能。结果发现 ,2 5Cr3Mo3NiNb钢组织中碳化物总量高、并且含有大量的M2 C碳化物 ,表现强烈的回火二次硬化效果。 2 5Cr3Mo3NiNb钢高温强度和硬度下降率低于PCrNi3MoVA钢 ,与 32Cr2Mo1VA钢相当 ,而其断裂韧性高于 32Cr2Mo1VA钢。 2 5Cr3Mo3NiNb钢具有高的韧性和高温强度及硬度 。
The microstructures and mechanical properties of three kinds of high strength gun steels, PCrNi3MoVA, 32Cr2Mo1VA and 25Cr3Mo3NiNb, in quenched and high-temperature tempered states were studied It is found that the steel 25Cr3Mo3NiNb has a intensive secondary hardening effect due to a large amount of M 2C precipitation during high-temperature tempering The decreasing rates in the hardness and strength of the steel 25Cr3Mo3NiNb at elevated-temperature are comparable to those of the steel 32Cr2Mo1VA, but are less than those of the steel PCrNi3MoVA The steel 25Cr3Mo3NiNb has higher fracture toughness than the steel 32Cr2Mo1VA It is therefore expected that the high strength steel 25Cr3Mo3NiNb can be applied to long-life gun barrels with high hardness and strength at elevated-temperature as well as good toughness
