摘要 利用形状记忆合金 (SMA ,ShapeMemoryAlloys)的超弹性特性 ,借鉴拟橡胶金属阻尼材料的制作工艺 ,研制了超弹性SMA拟橡胶金属阻尼元件 ;在此基础上 ,设计了SMA减振器 .试验表明 :引入SMA后 ,拟橡胶金属减振器的可恢复变形 ,阻尼特性都有很大的提高 ;而拟橡胶金属的构造方式 ,又使得减振器具有很大的承载能力 .上述特性使得该减振器对于宽频带随机载荷有很好的减振效果 . By virtue of the superelasticity of Shape Memory Alloys(SMA) characterized by its hysteresis stress strain curve, SMA pseudo rubber metal damping units were developed and evaluated. On the above basis, a new type of SMA damper was designed and tested. It was shown that SMA damper possesses greater recoverable deformation, larger bearing capacity, and higher damping capacity, which make the SMA damper quite potential in passive vibration control, especially in random case.
