摘要
本文根据泸州市近五年来的房屋建筑规模和现有城镇化率,预测未来10年泸州市房屋建筑规模,结合泸州市装配式建筑的发展指标和现有混凝土装配式建筑部品部件的产能,预测未来10年泸州市混凝土装配式房屋建筑规模和部品部件的需求量,从而预测泸州市混凝土装配式房屋建筑部品部件的产能状态。
This article predicts the construction scale of buildings in Luzhou city in the next 10 years by analyzing the construction scale of buildings and current urbanization rate in the past five years in Luzhou.By combining the development index of fabricated building and current productivity ability of components&parts for current concrete fabricated building,this thesis predicts quantity demand of concrete fabricated build-ing’s scale and components&parts in the next ten years in Luzhou,so as to predict the productivity status of components&parts for concrete fabricated building in Lu-zhou city.
