摘要
本文阐述了建筑设备在房屋建筑中的重要性,建筑设备在房屋建筑中起着拓展房屋建筑功能的作用,建筑设备安装工程计量与计价是工程造价专业学生必须掌握的知识和造价技能,提炼出了造价员在工程项目建设过程中三个阶段的工作过程,厘清了本门课的内容和重难点,论述了本课程教学中存在的问题,并提出解决对策。
This thesis states the importance of construction equipment in building construction as expanding housing constructional functions. The measurement and valuation of architecture equipment installation engineering is a kind of knowledge and skill that engineering major students must master. By extracting three stages of working pro-cess in engineering project construction taking by cost engineer, it clarifies contents and difficult points of this curriculum, and discusses the existing problems in and solutions to course teaching.
