摘要
随着英语教育的低龄化,幼儿园英语教育发展得越来越快,更需要大量具备幼教化英语知识、技能和文化背景的师资力量。而现阶段高校学前教育专业的人才培养基本是单一的幼教走向,导致了幼儿园英语教育面临英语师资缺乏,而高校师资培养又空缺的两难问题,表现在学生英语水平有限以及教学思维陈旧固守两方面,必须改变高校学前教育人才培养模式,努力培养复合型幼儿教师;改变幼儿英语教学思路,将英语融入幼儿园五大领域教学活动,才能从理论和实践层面解决这一两难问题。
As the the English learners become younger, teaching English in kindergarten develops with an eager demand of vast English teachers who are qualified with childish English knowledge, skills and culture background. However, the training programs of preschool education in college are ba sically focusing on training a kindergarten teacher in current stage which results to dilemma in kin dergarten's English teaching. For one thing, there's a huge demand of English teachers, for another,there's also a vacancy of English ability in training programs of preschool education, and the contradiction above is the right reason that leads the dilemma which shows the limitation of stu dents' English knowledge and skills as long as the obsolete teaching mind. As a result, a change must be taken in training programs of preschool education in colleges, which should cultivate ver satile talent as well as change the teaching ideas in order to mix English teaching with the five tea ching domains in kindergarten. As a result, the dilemma will be solved from both the theory and practice.
