摘要
肿瘤免疫微环境(TIME)中的细胞因子和代谢物不仅影响肿瘤免疫治疗,其调节剂还能促进免疫细胞活性。TIME调节剂主要有吲哚胺-2, 3-双加氧酶(IDO)抑制剂、精氨酸酶抑制剂、腺苷受体拮抗剂、转化生长因子(TGF-β)抑制剂和血管生成抑制剂。TIME调节剂联合免疫检查点抑制剂(ICB)可以提高肿瘤免疫治疗的效果。
Inhibitory cytokines and metabolites in tumor immune microenvironment(TIME)can guide immunotherapeutic responsiveness and their regulators may enhance effector-cell activity.TIME regulators include indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase(IDO)inhibitors,arginase inhibitors,adenosine receptor antagonist,transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)inhibitors and antiangiogenic agents.TIME regulators combined immune checkpoint blockade(ICB)can enhance the efficacy of immunotherapy for cancer patients.
