摘要
目的探讨孕晚期应用抗生素对B族链球菌(GBS)感染孕妇妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2015年3月—2018年3月西安交通大学第二附属医院院收治的GBS感染孕妇160例,依据随机数字表法分为抗生素组和对照组,每组80例,对照组给予对症分娩干预,抗生素组在此基础上在孕晚期应用抗生素干预,比较2组感染状态、妊娠结局。结果抗生素组治疗后白细胞计数、白介素6、降钙素原明显低于治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);抗生素组妊娠并发症、剖宫产、产后感染发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论孕晚期应用抗生素可有效减轻GBS感染孕妇感染状态,有利于改善孕妇妊娠结局,值得临床推广。
Objective To discuss the effect of antibiotics on the pregnancy outcome of women with group B streptococcus(GBS)infection in late pregnancy.Methods 160 pregnant women with GBS infection were selected from March 2015 to March 2018 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University Hospital,according to the random number table method,they were divided into antibiotics group and the control group,with 80 cases in each group,the control group was given symptomatic delivery intervention,the antibiotics group was given antibiotic intervention in late pregnancy on that basis,and the infection states and pregnancy outcome were compared in the two groups.Results The white blood cell count,interleukin,procalcitonin after the treatment in the antibiotics group were significantly lower than those in the pre-treatment and post-treatment in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pregnancy complications,cesarean section and postpartum infection rates in the antibiotics group were significantly lower than those in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of antibiotics can effectively reduce the infection condition of women with GBS infection in late pregnancy,it is helpful to improve the pregnancy outcome of pregnant women,and is worthy of further clinical promotion.
