摘要
麻黄附子细辛汤出自《伤寒论》,主治太少两感证,为阳虚外感的代表方。近年来,该方在心血管疾病方面的应用得到临床专家重视和推崇。该文基于《黄帝内经》《难经》,从经气运行角度探究麻黄附子细辛汤的生理基础、组方机理以及该方在心系疾病的应用,意在挖掘该方背后深层的理论内涵,为准确的以本方为基础辨证用药治疗心系疾病提供了充分的理论依据。
Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction treating Taiyang and Shaoyin disease comes from Treatise on Febrile Diseases,which is the representative of Yang deficiency and exogenous feeling.In recent years,the application of this prescription in cardiovascular diseases has been valued and respected by clinical experts.Based on Inner Canon of Huangdi and Classic on Medical Problems,this paper explores the physiological basis,formulation mechanism and application of Mahuang Fuzi XixinDecoction in heart diseases from the angle of meridians movement.The purpose is to excavate the deep theoretical connotation behind the prescription,and provide sufficient theoretical basis for the accurate treatment of heart diseases based on differentiation of symptoms and signs of the prescription.
