摘要
流动注射化学发光法是将流动注射分析技术和化学发光法联合应用的分析方法,该方法作为一种具有高准确度、高精密度、分析速度快、自动化程度高以及设备操作简单等优势的分析检测方法,目前已广泛的应用到食品药物及代谢产物的分析研究中。应用流动注射化学发光法进行药物分析的主要有中药活性成分、抗生素类、解热镇痛抗炎药和维生素类药物。除此之外,流动注射化学发光法在药物相关领域,如:体内物质及代谢产物、相关致癌类药物和食品安全分析中也有较为广泛的应用。该文综述了近几年流动注射化学发光法在药物分析及其相关领域中的应用,以期为流动注射化学发光法的后续研究和发展提供参考。
Flow injection chemiluminescence is a combined application of flow injection analysis and chemiluminescence,the method has the advantages of high accuracy,high precision,fast analysis speed,high automation degree and simple equipment operation and so on.At present,it has been widely applied to the analysis and research of food drugs and metabolites.Flow injection chemiluminescence method is mainly used to analyze the active components of traditional Chinese medicine,antibiotics,antipyretic,analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs and vitamin drugs.In addition,flow injection chemiluminescence has been widely used in drug related fields,such as substances and metabolites in vivo,related carcinogenic drugs and food safety analysis.In this paper,the application of flow injection chemiluminescence in drug analysis and its related fields is reviewed in order to provide a reference for the further research and development of flow injection chemiluminescence.
