摘要
该文回顾了与菱角壳相关的药理学和植物化学等方面内容,其中菱角壳的主要化学成分为多酚类、黄酮类和木质素类等,同时菱角壳具有广泛的药理活性,如降血糖、抗氧化和抗癌抗肿瘤等。希望能为菱角壳的进一步研究和开发提供绵薄之力。
The present paper reviewed the contents of pharmacology and phytochemistry related to the water chestnut shells. The main chemical constituents of the shells could be categorized to polyphenols,flavonoids and lignans. Meanwhile,the water chestnut shells had a wide range of pharmacological activities such as hypoglycemic,anti-oxidative and anti-cancer/anti-tumor. The collected information may provide a modest contribution to the further research and development on the water chestnut shell.
