摘要
未成年人可塑性大 ,易走向犯罪深渊 ,也易改造。因此 ,在未成年人犯罪的法律适用方面 ,应根据我国法律对未成年人特殊保护的精神 ,坚持教育为主、处罚为辅的原则 ,实行教育、感化、挽救的方针 。
The juvenile is such group with great plasticity, it's easy for them to step into the abyss of crime, and it's also easy to remake them. Therefore, on the legal provision of juvenile delinquency, we should put our emphasis on the education on them, combing with punishment according the spirits of Chinese law on special protection for the juvenile. Only taking the policies of education, persuasion, saving the juvenile can we create a better social surrounding for them to come back to society.
