摘要
旅游职业道德研究是当前社会较为关注的热点领域,旅游专业毕业生是旅游业的生力军和中坚力量,从行为感知视角探讨地方高校职业道德教育具有较强的理论和现实意义。文章以桂林三所高校旅游专业的在校生为研究对象,对当前高校旅游职业教育开展现状和成因进行剖析,在明确旅游职业道德培育目标、构建旅游职业道德培育体系、丰富旅游职业道德培育模式和突出旅游职业道德培育效果基础上,要进一步明确旅游专业人才职业道德"非同质化"培养目标、遵循教育教学规律和大学生成长规律、抓好师德建设这一关键因素,切实增强高校旅游职业道德教育成效,教育旅游专业大学生在知识、能力和道德素质等全面发展。
The study of tourism ethnics is a hot issue in today’ s society. Graduates of tourism majors are fresh and backbone forces in tourism industry. A study of tourism ethics education in local universities from the perspective of behavior perception is of theoretical and practical importance. This article,focusing on the students from three universities in Guilin,analyzes the current situation of tourism ethics education. On the basis of making clear talent cultivation aims,constructing tourism ethics education system,enriching talent cultivation modes and emphasizing education effectiveness,the author points out that it is necessary to establish non- homogenization aim of tourism ethics education,observe education laws and growth patterns of college students,make great efforts to cultivate teachers ’ morality, enhance the effectiveness of tourism ethnics education. University students ’capabilities in knowledge,skills and morality can be greatly improved in this way.
