摘要
文章以高职酒店管理专业为例,围绕实习基地的教育功能,阐述对实习基地评价体系的构建原则,从酒店硬件、酒店软件和实习管理3个一级指标和实习生培养等11个二级指标,构建实习基地评价指标体系。为学生的顶岗实习创造一个良好的环境。
It is generally supposed that practice base should have good educational functions. Based on the sample of "hotel management" majors of higher vocational colleges, this article focuses on the educational functions of practice base, and brings forward principles for constructing its evaluation system. It then expounds the detailed building procedures of the evaluation system with three first-level indexes (i.e., hotel hardware, hotel software and practice management) and eleven second-level indexes (i.e., trainee cultivation, etc.). The aim of this research is to help to build a favorable circumstance for students’ development during practice, and improve their competence for job hunting and vocational self-fulfillment after graduation.
