不同激素处理对榛子插条生根的影响 被引量:1

Effects of different hormone treatments on rooting of Corylus heterophylla Fischer ex Trautvetter cuttings

摘要 以2年生榛子嫩枝为试验材料,设置4种浓度1000mg/L、1200mg/L、1400mg/L、1600mg/L的IBA和ABT1处理,分析不同激素对榛子嫩枝扦插生根的影响。结果表明,当IBA浓度为1400mg/L时,插条的生根率和生根指数最高,分别为74.5%和607.14;当ABT1浓度为1600mg/L时,插条的生根率和生根指数分别为72.7%和537.75,二者差异不显著。不同处理间插条生根数最高达到20.1条,最大根长值为78.6mm,最小根长值为25.7mm,平均根长值最高为45.7mm,不同处理间插条生根根粗差异不显著。从综合因素考虑,认为最适宜的激素处理是1400mg/L IBA处理。 The 2-year-old Corylus heterophylla Fischer ex Trautvetter as test materials, setting 4 concentration of 1000 mg/L, 1200 mg/L, 1400 mg/L, 1600 mg/L of IBA and ABT1, the effects of different hormones on Rooting of cuttings of Corylus heterophylla Fischer ex Trautvetter were analyzed. The results showed that when the IBA concentration was 1400 mg/L, the rooting rate and rooting index of cuttings were the highest, which were 74.5% and 607.14 respectively. When ABT1 concentration was 1600 mg/L, the rooting rate and rooting index of cuttings were 72.7% and 537.75, respectively, and the difference between them was not significant. The largest rooting number of cuttings in different treatments reached 20.1, the largest root length was 78.6 mm, the minimum root length was 25.7 mm, and the average root length was 45.7 mm. The root diameter of different treatments was not significant. According to the comprehensive factors, the most suitable hormone treatment was 1400 mg/L IBA treatment.
