摘要
网络环境下文献信息生产和传播方式的巨大变化及用户阅读的网络化和碎片化,对高校图书馆功能定位和服务方式提出了新的要求。现代高校图书馆必须坚持以用户为中心的理念,构建多元化馆藏文献体系,充分发挥空间优势,借助现代信息技术,实现文献信息服务的精细化和远程化,把图书馆建成高校的信息共享中心、学习研究中心和文化交流中心。
The tremendous changes of the documentary information production and the transmission mode under the network environment,the networking and fragmented reading habit of readers have raised new demands for orientation and service mode of university library.Modern university library must adhere to the idea of user-centered concept,build a diversified collection system,give full play to the advantage of space,and,with the aid of modem information technology,put into the reality the refinement and remoteness of the documentary information service so as to build the university library into an information sharing center,learning and research center as well as a cultural exchange center.
