摘要
目的 观察热疗结合顺铂 (DDP)治疗恶性胸水的疗效。方法 6 8例恶性胸水患者随机分成两组 ,治疗组 30例DDP胸腔内注入加热疗 ;对照组 38例单用DDP胸腔内注入。结果 胸水控制有效率治疗组为 86 .7% ,对照组为 5 7.8% ,毒副作用相似。结论 热疗 +DDP胸腔化疗有协同作用 ,能有效提高胸水控制率 ,改善患者生存质量 ,值得推广使用。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of hyperthermotherapy plus cisplatin(DDP) in the treatment of pleural effuion from malignant neoplams. Methods Sixty eight cancer patients with pleural effuion were divided into two groups. Group A(30 cases) were treated with DDP injected into thoracic cavity plus hyperthermotheraoy. Group B(38 cases) were treated with DDP into thoracic cavity alone. Results The efficacy of control pleural effuion of Group A: 86.7%, and Group B: 57.8%( P <0.025) respectively. These were no difference between two group in toxity. Conclusion The combination use of hyperthermotherapy and DDP shows evidence of synergitic and additional effect. It can improve the patients life quality. It is worth further studying.
